Accessibility Statement

We build to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, on this site and in the products we deliver for clients. We treat accessibility as a build gate rather than an audit performed at the end.

Conformance status

This website aims to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

We test with keyboard-only navigation, screen readers, and automated checks that run on every change. Automated tooling catches a minority of issues, so manual testing forms part of every release.

Measures we take

Colour contrast is verified at design time, with separate text-safe values defined for accent colours that do not pass at body-text size.

All interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard, with visible focus indicators.

Motion respects the operating system's reduced-motion preference throughout.

Interactive components are built once in a shared library with keyboard and screen-reader behaviour verified, so every use inherits it.

Known limitations

The embedded map on our contact page is a third-party component whose accessibility we do not fully control. Office addresses are provided as text alongside it so no information is available only through the map.

Reporting a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on this site, email accessibility@oakvertics.com with the page and a description of the problem.

We aim to acknowledge reports within two business days and to resolve confirmed issues within 10 business days.
