Under a client engagement, intellectual property in deliverables transfers to the client on payment as set out in the applicable agreement. Pre-existing tools and libraries remain ours, licensed to the client perpetually for use with the deliverable.

Indicative pricing shown on this site, including package ranges and questionnaire output, is illustrative and does not constitute an offer or a quotation.

Binding pricing is provided only in a written proposal or statement of work.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Liability under client engagements is governed by the applicable agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in the applicable engagement agreement, or in the absence of one, the jurisdiction of our registered office.
